“The Boho Beautiful Transform Program is absolutely incredible !!! When I bought it I was completely out of shape and I had lost all my core muscles. In only 14 days, the program allowed me to regain all my strength, tone my body and lose weight. I have been doing it for the third time now, and it is still very efficient. Every time I redo a video, I can see my progress and how my body reacts to an exercice that was maybe difficult at first and that now I do more easily. I REALLY recommend this program ! Each video is short enough to do one each day (35min each). It is a great mix of yoga, pilates and cardio training. Juliana has a great way to explain each exercice, her voice is very calm and poised which gives you the impression that you are giving yourself a present by doing these exercices and not torture your body and mind ! Thank you Juliana and cannot wait to try other programs :)”

“I bought it as a birthday gift for my 15 year daughter, who has been following you for over a year now. She had also requested one of your packages for Christmas too. Transform has the perfect length sessions, and I know she is going to love it. I like the way it is divided into different areas of the body to work on. It is very clear and easy to navigate. “I have not read the ebook yet but I do really enjoy the videos and also de download option compared to other offers out there makes all the difference to me, as sometimes my internet is very weak. I do already see a difference in my body after the first week and I do enjoy a lot the length of the classes.”

“Juliana and Mark have done what no one has managed to do. As a former dancer, ashtanga yoga lover and former athlete, i find their videos the best of anything online. Excellent instruction and seriously the most INSTANT results of anything i have found anywhere. I am grateful for them and remain as lean and fit as I have ever been because of the instruction. These are thebest videos i have ever found anywhere online. Price wise, dirt cheap for this kind of excellent curriculum and exercises. Expert, safe smart and spiritually motivating. Juliana’s essence and energy keeps you motivated to do them daily. Camera work and direction is very easy to follow and detailed.”
