“I have been so pleased with this program. I was introduced to Boho Beautiful through the YouTube videos, and from there decided to purchase Transform. I started feeling stronger after 3 or 4 days, and I look forward to doing it every day (even though it is sometimes killer!). Juliana, your calm voice and encouraging words keep me positive and keep me going. The videos are so well done! I really like that you always begin with a warmup and there is always sufficient cooldown/stretching at the end. I get so frustrated with other fitness programs that throw in a cooldown as an afterthought. I am on day 12 and intend to start over at the beginning when I complete day 14. Thank you so much for sharing your gifts!”
