“Program is challenging even when you are not a begginer. It pushes you to do more and to come back every day and do it better. I love beautiful beaches Juliana is working on and it makes me feels like I’m there. Her calming voice makes you relax even more and to push your own limits. I just love doing my exercises with her!”

“Amazing workouts. I love the addition of dumbbells. It's a lot like the YouTube videos, just longer and more challenging. Workouts are under 40 minutes with the exception of the yin yoga classes, which are an hour. I'm currently in my second week and will be repeating it when I'm done.”
