“Hello, I'm 28-years old and from germany and today I completed the 14-day transform fitness programm. Because I was reading the feedbacks on this site a few weeks ago, which were really helpful for me to decide if I spend that much money for the programm transform or not, I would also like to share my experience with you. Before transform I was doing some pilates & Yin Yoga classes on YouTube. I loved doing them, but there were so many and I felt like I would need a kind of programm, which was whole and complete, so I would not miss something by picking just some classes from YouTube. And I really felt that boho beautiful was the right thing for me from the first video on. I wanted to support their great work. So I watched some reviews on YouTube and I raed the descriptions in the shop to see what would fit my needs the most: definitly transform. So I bought it and did not regret it. Everything went fast and was well explained. I downloaded the App and all the videos, so I could watch over my smartphone and TV. I read the guide which is nicely desinged and helped me out with all my questions. Especially the part about nutrition is amazing. I eat clean & plant-based for a few years now and I can confirm everything what Juliana & Marc recommend. I love the athosphere of the videos: the beautiful, relaxing nature, Julianas calming voice and the music. I've done the classes in the morning and established them as my time for me. It's the first thing I am doing after brushing my teeth and enjoying a cup of green tea. The classes are challenging, but well desinged. There are some water breaks and stretches in between. After the classes I always felt exhausted, but amazing and energized for the day. The exercises are well explained and when I needed some more breaks or need to hear the explanation again I could just press pause or rewind. After a few days I could feel my body changing, getting stronger and that motivated me so much. I can see and feel results while feeling peaceful, strong, still motivated and happy. I recognized I rediscovered joy in moving and beeing active. It felt like reconnecting with some part of me. I am like addicted and can't imagine a day without my morning routine at the moment. I am also doing some gentle yoga & yin yoga classes in the evening to relax and stretch. I bought transform because I was unhappy with my body and I never thought it would also change my mind so much. I have not just lost weight, shaped my body and feelt healthy and strong, I am also getting closer to love my body, feel good, relaxed and peaceful. The mantras in the classes are making me a fitter and happier person. Hopefuly this is only the beginning of my journey ❤ Thank you so much Juliana & Marc”

“I’ve loved Julianas workouts on YouTube for years and thought it was about time I invested in one of the full programmes after receiving so much value completely for free for so long. So grateful for all the hard work that goes into these videos , the workouts are just so good , the cues and instructions are super clear, and the videos look stunning , love the locations and fantastic production values! Julianas body is INSANE and I’m not saying I’ll ever look exactly like her but it’s great to have something to aspire to, she’s such an insanely beautiful creature. Thank you thank you for all that you give Juliana and Mark ! My body has never felt or looked better - if you stick with the workouts consistently and get your nutrition right the results are very very real!”

“This is an excellent program and I want to keep doing it to become stronger and stronger. It is hard work but rewarding. The exercises are simple yet creative and challenging. I also purchased the Detoxify program and the two complement each other nicely. I have been watching the Boho videos on Youtube for years, but the classes are more systematic, comprehensive and complete. Juliana's calm and encouraging presence is a daily inspiration.
