“I chose ascension with the intention of reconnect to yoga and myself again after a few weeks of being sick. It was more than i expected. I felt the energy of my chackras flowing with each flow. It was an amazing experience. Juliana in the morning and Mark in the evening… such a perfect combination. I owe them so much❤️ Also, i have to mention their app, which is a life savior in so many ways. It gives me exactly what i need and they do an amazing job every week to keep us updated with new flows/workouts/meditations/calendars… its just perfect! Thanks again”

“This program is Juliana and Mark on top of their art. Such well rounded lessons, exercices, narratives. I love the guidebook. Images are stunning and their quality add to the depth of the experience. Music transports you. Narratives reach so deep inside. Each word, image, sound, is at it's place and serves something. I love how the two of you each bring your own color to this program. The 5 video + guide book for everyday makes it so complete. You get so much for your money's worth with this program. Thank you.”

“I was completely sold on Boho Beautiful Ascension, mesmerised by the beautiful promotions I eagerly pre-ordered the programme and couldn't wait to start at the beginning of January. I had it all planned, I was on leave from work and scheduled my daily practice for the next 7 days, however things didn't go as planned. Impact by external events, I couldn't complete the programme on consecutive days and instead had to go with the flow when time permitted. What I didn't anticipate was the beautiful journey I had embarked upon and the revelations and healing that emerged in its place. When I returned to each new day of the programme, it was with more love, grace and compassion, than I ever could have imagined. It has truly been a magical experience. And it is not yet finished, and I am excited at each new juncture. What I thought was going to be a 7 day retreat is turning into a much deeper and karmic transformation, requiring more than the 7 days I had planned. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

“There has been so much juicy inspiration for my mind, my body and my heart in this program. I enjoyed how it brought all the pieces together for a whole experience ... moving my body with intention, doing breath work and settling into meditation was very centering. All the tips and tactics to bring love and light and healing into my heart and in turn into the world are so practical they also give me something tangible to be doing and focusing my mind on while allowing my heart to expand. This is a program I will come back to again and again! I'm already planning to take one of the seven focus' and spend a month on each one and start each month with the program to keep it rolling through my whole year. Juliana and Mark are such a gift to the world and when they share their wisdom it ripples out to touch so many. Thank you to both of you!”
