“I totally enjoyed this program, so different than the others. I felt connected to my inner self and Juliana's workouts were challenging, bit totally worth it, I even lost a few cm. I didn't manage to do Mark's workouts, but I managed to listen to the meditations and breathing exercises. I really enjoyed the intro videos of Mark, so much wisdom and reflection. Honestly, I will repeat this program when I have my Holliday. Truly grateful for all your hard work and dedication. This program has changed my perspective on life and made me realize how important it is to be grounded and connected to mother earth. How amazing this earth experience can be with these routines that Ascension teaches us! Thank you Juliana & Mark”

“I have been looking for a good yoga program that helps to align my chakras and this is the best one yet. “This was a beautiful production from start to finish, I am very grateful to Juliana and Mark for the incredible content they never fail to provide.
