“This has been such a perfect time and moment to do this program. I have my final videos and practice today with the crown chakra. I have been doing this program alongside the replay of a psychic development program that journeys through the chakra temples with Kaia Ra and The Sophia Code. It is amazing how it feels to align and activate the energy centers and to practice more yoga each day and get off social media for a little while. I have a baby that turned 1 yesterday so I needed a recalibration after the past year of having a baby and building out a yoga studio. Thank you”

“I've only completed Ascension once so far and intend to do it more when I have more time. The classes are great! They started challenging but as I needed an easier class ascension delivered with what I needed. Learned some new stretches that felt amazing at opening up my body. The guidebook is a nice companion to the classes with inspiring and uplifting messages. The story of the two wolves is great. I'm sure I'll learn more and get more out of the series the more I take it.”
