“It was an amazing journey of self-discovery and redemption ! The best thing I have done for myself and for others in a long time. I've enjoyed all the yoga practices, I've cried during many of them .... I felt connected to myself and with my body ... I felt hugged by nature ... I felt hopeful .... “Mark and Julianna, thank you so much for the Ascension Program. It was really good and intense and everything I needed. I could feel so many good changes through the 7 days and I really liked the format of the classes. Juliana's class in the morning long and intense to start the day, after the meditations or pranayamas, and then Mark's reflective practice in the evening to wind down and absorb better what we did in the morning. It was a really beautiful way to work all the 7 chakras and at the end I felt so much better, such a good energy and so balanced! The book was also really helpful and a great aid. Thanks for everything! I love you both from the bottom of my heart!”
