“What a beautiful journey! The dedication and thought put into this program is amazing. For me it provided exactly what I needed, a break from my normal routine, a time for contemplation, well balanced movement and physical activity and most beautiful insights. I was waiting each day for the evening time to take the evening class and started each morning beautifully with an intention and theme of the day.
