“For the first half my 4 yr old son refused to participate or interact with anyone. The coaches were great and gave him space to become more comfortable in the environment. By the second half he was joining in and is now looking forward to coming again next week! Thank you”

“The supervisors seemed uninterested, signing in/out was lax, my child lost an item and nobody was remotely bothered about helping find it. Did not fill me with confidence. No handover about what kind of activities they did and I got a half-full lunchbox but a hungry kid back at the end of the day because “I wasn’t allowed a snack”.”
