“Very unhappy. Turned up at Shobnall and reception said the instructors had not turned up. Walked around the centre and playing fields and there was no group.
When I signed up there was no note that today was cancelled.
The team said they were informed that they would not have access today as there was an event happening.
I called customer service who took down my details and said they would call back before 1pm but they never did. My son was upset and crying. I felt I had let him down.
I expect a call, an apology and reimbursement because you cannot pay £38.95 for a month but only get three sessions.”
“My son likes the camp, He used to play for S4K. He familiar with some of the kids that attend the camp. And coach Dan was his coach when he was playing for S4K so he is very happy there”

“My daughter is loving her summer camp with Sport4kids. A good indication of a good day is when you go fectch her and she is upset you came to get her early.

“Firstly the address provided took us to the wrong places and reached the class at the end for 5-10mins after reaching out with other parents. There were others parents too who went to the address provided. I think it’s need to be corrected. So want to request another trail class if possible . Thank you .”
