“Firstly the address provided took us to the wrong places and reached the class at the end for 5-10mins after reaching out with other parents. There were others parents too who went to the address provided. I think it’s need to be corrected. So want to request another trail class if possible . Thank you .”

Holiday club at Surrey Sports Park
“The confirmation email provided no information about packing swimwear. We had never booked this club before and were unaware that swimming was a possibility. My kids were so upset that they weren't able to swim as I hadn't been advised to pack swimwear. It spoiled their day. The meeting location was also incorrect in the email. Very disappointed with the poor communication.”
