Sports4kidz holiday at Surrey Sports Park
“The kids had a decent time with the activities but have commented that they feel scared of the staff as the staff are so strict and have told me some comments made by the staff that seem a bit harsh to a 6 year old point of view. So not sure I'll use again. I think more staff training is needed in child development and understanding as this isn't the first time my children have commented on the staff being too strict. I do understand the need to keep everyone together and safe guarding but it's a holiday club not a school and the children shouldn't feel like they have less fun than they would at school.”

Fullbrook School Summer Camp
“My son attended his first Sports4Kids summer camp today and he really enjoyed it. He said the staff were really friendly and he liked the activities. When dropping off and collecting it seemed really organised and the staff were very polite, chatty and efficient.”

Mutli camp
“My kids had a fabulous day. They came home with a big smile. The staff were very helpful when arriving and also very helpful when i needed to pick up my kids early.”

“The class was amazing and the coaches were super friendly and helpful. My daughter was a bit shy at the beginning of the class but Coach Ellie (hopefully I spell it right) was amazing with her and understanding. Totally recommend them!”

3-4.5 football session on Sunday at 9:50am
“Very unhappy. Turned up at Shobnall and reception said the instructors had not turned up. Walked around the centre and playing fields and there was no group.
When I signed up there was no note that today was cancelled.
The team said they were informed that they would not have access today as there was an event happening.
I called customer service who took down my details and said they would call back before 1pm but they never did. My son was upset and crying. I felt I had let him down.
I expect a call, an apology and reimbursement because you cannot pay £38.95 for a month but only get three sessions.”
