“My fiance and I designed this engagement ring together, and it seemed almost too good to be true. I was worried that it wouldn't live up to the gorgeous ring that we saw on the screen, but it was perhaps even more breathtaking when we saw it in person. We couldn't be more excited with our purchase!”
“Very happy with my anniversary ring. The band is petite, but gorgeous! My husband and originally went with a .91 carat radiant cut diamond and once I got it in, I knew I wanted a bigger stone. Brilliant Earth made the exchange process as smooth as possible. I ended up with a 1.34 carat. Ring size is 5 (technically 4 3/4)”
“I bought this for my now wife, and it lasted a good six months before she noticed a Stone was missing from the band. They were very prompt about getting it fixed. However less than three months of getting the stone replaced, there is a stone missing at that same exact place. The ring is gorgeous and for minimal wear, only. I wish I could love it to the full extent but the service and delivery along with the craftsmanship for a ring that's suppose to promise a lifetime fails to do and falls short. If anything just be sure to buy good insurance with this ring.”
“I originally bought the rose gold band for my fiance's engagement ring last August. Everything was okay until we noticed the ring leaving discoloration on her skin. Rather than getting the ring rhodium plated over and over, we opted to exchange our rose gold band for the platinum band. After several calls to customer service, I understood that we would pay the difference after the metal credit was applied. After I shipped the ring, I never got a response from B.E. confirming receipt of the ring. Strike One. When I called to confirm shipment and pay the difference on the new band, the associate, Laura, gave me the amount remaining, and I paid. The associate told me to look for a shipping confirmation in my email shortly. Several days later, I received a call from another associate claiming that there was an additional amount owed. I explained my understanding, and they told me the metal credit was only $137, which was FAR below what the first associate had told me. Strike Two. After much back and forth over a week - all B.E. was able to do after admitting their mistake was double my metal credit. This honestly felt like a slap in the face considering what I had already spent in time and energy trying to solve this problem. They refused any sort of refund of the original ring on only decided to ship the ring back 2nd Day Air once I suggested it. Strike Three. I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of clarity and honesty in dealing with B.E.'s customer service team. I felt they would say anything to make me feel better but were extremely lax in listening to my problems and finding concrete solutions. I will not be using them again in any form or fashion ever again.”
