“I proposed as soon as I was able after receiving the ring, my fiance preferred a different setting and I called in to request a setting exchange for one that actually cost more than the original. This was 1 day outside of the 30 day free exchange period, one day. After speaking with 4 associates who were disorganized and Amy who actually hung up on me, I asked to talk with the manager (Alexandra), who eventually called me back a day later and agreed to waive the 15% restocking fee. Now I find out a month later that the restocking fee is still being charged and that manager didn't even put that very important detail anywhere in the notes that this agreement was ever made. She went on vacation and now I have to start all over with another manager to try to have them understand my situation. This has been a very time consuming and frustrating. Not to mention that in order to finally speak with this manager, it took several calls with the general associates advising they would call back, each time having to explain the same situation over and over again because none of them were updating the notes, they couldn't even repeat back which setting I had requested to exchange for! (I had laryngitis at the time and could barely use my voice) One associate who would not give me her name actually hung up on me... I will not be a returning customer of brilliant earth and certainly will not be recommending anyone due to the negligence from customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. If I could cancel my entire order I would...what a mess. Empty promises, no sense of personability over what should be one of the most meaningful purchases of your life.”

Brilliant Earth allowed him to find the exact band I was interested in with a 2+ carat moissanite stone for a fraction of the cost of any other jeweler. I have had my ring for five months and I haven't had any issues. There are minimal scratches on the back side of the ring, but they are only noticeable up close.”
