“The ring itself was fantastic, great quality, great diamond and she loved it. Really, a great company and I would recommand it to anyone. I called before putting my order in, asking for the ring to be shipped rush, since I wanted it 1 day earlier than the expected delivery date since we were in Hawaii in a nice Hotel for our vacation. The customer service told me that they could do that, but that the order has to be put in first, then to call again. I did that. Once I called back, they asked for me to call 3 days later so that the payment would go through. I obliged. I called 3 days later, and they told me that they would put a notice to the shipping department. I called again a few days later yo get an update, and they told me that they would be unable to do so. So I felt baited into buying a product that they said they could expedite, for them not doing so. Again, the product is of good quality, but I had to rebook both our flights and another night at the Four Seasons to receive the ring, which was not ideal, but I had no choice. I would not have done this extra booking if the customer service would have been straightforward at first.”
