“This ring is STUNNING! I found it Summer 2019 on the Brilliant Earth Instagram and immediately knew it was the one. I couldn't be happier about wearing it for the rest of my life. My fiance got me a rose gold band with a round .78 lab created diamond. I think it's the perfect metal to diamond ratio. The pictures really don't do it justice; they make it look more squat than it is in person. In reality, the leaves are much more dainty, making it look like a beautiful blooming flower (which is exactly what I wanted). I could not recommend this ring enough. Well done Brilliant Earth!”
“5 stars for the product and 2 stars for the service. The diamond and ring are great products and we are completely happy with them. There were issues during the ordering process because the diamond that I selected was sold or no longer available. I had to go back and forth with them via email to select a new diamond, get a video of it, then order it. It added 2-3 weeks to the ordering process. It was painfully slow. The overall customer service was just okay - emails, slow progress, and they even charged me for the difference in the stone when the fault was theirs. I am happy with the product but not impressed with how they handled the issues.”
