“The first engagement ring I ordered was beautiful, but I had to send it back to get resized. I also decided to upgrade the Center diamond to a larger diamond. When it was shipped back 3 of the diamonds in the band were dark and of poor quality. Considering the Center diamond was of superior quality I expected the other diamonds on the band to be of the same quality. After speaking to 5 different people at brilliant earth about our issue, we decided to send it back again for repair. A month later we again received the ring back. 2 of the diamonds in the band were again dark. We are not sending the ring back for repair again because we never speak to the same person at brilliant earth twice. It's frustrating that you spend over ten thousand dollars for an engagement ring that is supposed to be of a certain quality when you get it and it's not. We're disappointed with the service we received from brilliant earth and that no one seemed too concerned about the fact that we weren't happy nor were they eager to please us. It's unfortunate that we now need to take the ring to a local jeweller to repair the ring properly and replace the poor quality diamonds.”
