“I only have 1 real complaint. The backlighting turns itself off after about 1 minute of inactivity. This behavior makes it so that you can’t see the keyboard if it’s dark until you hit a key. I’d like the option to keep the backlighting remain on all of the time, and not have to press a key to reactivate both the backlighting and the keyboard itself.”

“I did already contact a representative and awaiting a technician to contact me. Since the very first day the right hinge makes a loud clicking sound. It seems to be making contact with something else. It’s very very annoying and cumbersome. Service representative thought that it was the rubber shims but I think it may be a mechanism issue. I am hoping to have this resolved right away. It has been very y pleasant. Thank you so much!!!”

“I was a Brydge customer before and I always had a bittersweet opinion about the keyboards, specially about how tactile they were.... but this one, I have nothing to say, the experience is great and smooth, tactile feels awesome and battery life is good enough. The best? The design. It’s a beautifully crafted piece.”

“Best keyboard to type on for the iPad. One complaint is that it is heavy. For an already heavy device adding this keyboard adds alot of weight. But it does feel solid and gives you the best experience keyboard wise to date”

“The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because when I hold it by the keyboard, the 11” iPad is heavy enough to flop down sometimes because the hinges could be just a little tighter. I don’t remember this ever happening with my previous 9.7 iPad Pro / Brydge setup. I hope a trackpad version will be available at some point in light of the new iPad OS update allowing for mouse and trackpad support. Great work though on the typing experience! (Please never get rid of the inverted “T” arrow keys).”
