“the max+ IS the keyboard to get. if you are like me and use your iPad as a tablet as much as you use the keyboard THIS is the case for you. The full back means that when you want a tablet, you simply pull it off, then snap it back in when you are done. Gone are the small rubber coated tabs that made switching out the keyboard a headache.”

“CEO loves the device. He's been through 4 or 5 of them. Partially due to user error and partially due to design. The technology works great, build/design isn't the best. hinges contiue to break. I do not feel like it is user proof; tech proof yes, user no. I understand that we should remind the CEO there is a specific way to open and remove the device, but CEOs usually just don;t think like that. Rubber hinge pads wear out fast. For the most part a good product, but not amazing.”

“I cannot tell you how disappointing it is to buy something that looks so great and fits so well — ooops, the cursor went somewhere else - which happens numerous times in a document or watching a movie. It’s very hard to keep your hands off of the track pad while typing. Any touch will send you and your document into other places in your doc or on a completely different page. IF THAT’S NOT ENOUGH, (my cursor just disappeared and I don’t know where it is) I go my cursor back, put my hands into typing stance and suddenly I am on my homepage. It just happened again and I don’t know why it did so. And it just went to my homepage again. And again it just did it. I did nothing noticeable, I was just touching the keys and sayonara. Ooops again. I just ended up at the top of this page with no idea where I was or how to get back here. Now, as I was typing the options from the Aa in the menu bar activated. Now it just opened the sidebar and sent my cursor somewhere else. I can’t stand this anymore. I have written to Brydge who told me to take a video of the screen so they can figure out what I am doing wrong. Me? Seriously. If this were an issue only for me it would be one thing. A lot of people complain that this is happening to them as well. Just trying to finish this comment I have been sent back to my homepage twice. I didn’t move my hands from their position on the keyboard. suffice to say, they don’t return my calls. I cannot touch the trackpad without it sending me to oblivion. Video my ipad screen? I have a iPhone. Ok, I have to stop. Just hitting the shift key and I lost my cursor. I am going nuts. This is simply wrong.”
