The trackpad is terrible :/ I waited months for this to come, tried to cancel and was told I would have to return it. Just a waste of money IMO seeing as how the trackpad is a joke

Really wanted to like this keyboard. Unfortunately in its early existence I have owned two of them. More unfortunately is both are worthless. See, there have used cheap plastic as an internal hinge pin on either side of the iPad holders. So, a side force that does not harm the iPad, will snap the hinge pin rendering it absolutely useless! Granted, no one does this on purpose, but it does happen, and when it does, you have a useless expensive $230+ piece of broken plastic. Those hinge pins should have been metal. Not doing it again....going back to Logitech.

Have some issues with the Brydge Pro+ keyboard. Emailed a couple of times to the customer support. Never received any reply. With the amount of money charged for a keyboard, I would expect at least a decent customer service.

I always wait a while before I leave a review because you can't really know a product until you've used it for a while. This is a situation where if I had reviewed the product a week after I got it, I would have given it 5 stars. After using it for about 2 or so months, however, I'm closer to a 3.5 As many people have noted, the trackpad is a bit lacking. Ultimately I'm fine with that, it works well enough for me. What really bothers me is the hinges. After opening and closing several times a day for about a month, I started to notice that it didn't close all the way. The more I used it, the worse this problem got. If I close the case as one would a laptop, by holding the furthest edges from the hinges, it never shuts all the way. I have to coerce it shut by closing it halfway and then grabbing it by the hinges and squeezing. Sometimes it clicks shut, which seems to hold it in place the best, other times it doesn't and if you turn the iPad sideways it pops open a little bit. I was looking for a laptop feel, which makes this enormously frustrating. I like pretty much everything else about this case: the style, the keyboard, the weight, but the hinges bother me so much that it's lowered my opinion of the entire thing. Maybe the hinges work better if you don't open and close the case as much as I do. Maybe you don't mind the case not closing all the way and leaving a little gap between the iPad and the keyboard. For me though, if I had known about this beforehand, I probably would have just gone with the magic keyboard.

I really like the functionality that this keyboard brought to my Ipad. Easy to attach, secure it and great performance. Didnt have any issues connecting it. Their customer service is amazing. Delivery took forever because of all of the issues with the USPS. We were moving away and the package arrived after we have moved. The magnets on the back cover were not enough to stay in place, they sent a replacement to my old address, once I reached out and told them I no longer lived there, they sent another one to my new address. So far so good and no complains at all. Well worth the money

It is heavier than I expected, but I love the action of the keys. I like it better than my apple magic keyboard, but it has a tendency to jump lines when I type, which can get frustrating. I like how the hinge can put the screen at any angle, which makes it very easy to use on your lap. I am still adjusting to the scroll pad, but once I figured out how to slow the scroll down I like it way more.
