I love the functions, look, and price. It really matches up to Apple compatible products but at a better price. The keys are quiet and the keyboard attachment is strong but gel padded so the tablet stays protected! Best decision I made after some other keyboard fails. I’d look into other Brydge products after this purchase!

Purchased this keyboard for our iPad Pro after having the previous version (no trackpad). This was a beneficial upgrade as now we can get the iPad to function as a laptop when needed & it was also frustrating with the dead space on the old version as I found that my hands would naturally go to where a trackpad should be. It seems very responsive, okay weight (little heavy, but not terrible) & so far the back seems to stay on better than the previous version as well. The big problem is the price... it seems expensive for what it is, especially with the exchange rate to Canadian dollars. Happy with this product but not sure I would buy again based on this factor.

This keyboard/case is way too costly because my tablet won’t fit into it. I should’ve heeded the reviews from some others. I never had the chance to try it out. So I have to return it. But what’s worse is I won’t be refunded all of my money. A costly lesson to learn!

Excellent keyboard! Does everything I wanted. A bit heavy but lots of functionality. “Magnetic” back isn’t that “magnetic”. Slips off easily. Nonetheless, I recommend this product enthusiastically.

Seems like the keyboard is quality other than that not very impressed, the cover that is supposed to magnetically adhere to the back is a joke, it will not stay in place even with the slightest touch. it has no provision to hold the apple pencil the cut out for the camera on the back cover is sized for the new camera. Overall poor product for the price.

Disclaimer: I returned this case for a different product. Pros: I was very pleased with the craftsmanship and software integration with my iPad. Shipping was fast. Packaging, instructions, and setup were very simple and easy to follow. Functionality was excellent - the mouse pad worked great, and it appears Brydge has made updates that allow for customizable multi-touch functionality (resolving some issues cited in negative reviews in the past). I found the keyboard was responsive, and very pleasant to type on - it's reminiscent of the old MacBook Air keyboard, albeit a touch less "springy." Of particular merit is the viewing angle: the hinge on this case allows a WIDE range options to position your screen (0-180 degrees). This is a great feature that, especially in contrast with the limited viewing angles presented by the Magic Keyboard by Apple. It seemed to hold the angle it was opened to pretty well, though around 75% open it started to slowly droop on its own. 2 minor cons: 1) As a result of its design, accessing the indentation/cut-out grip used to open the case requires you to maneuver around an attached Apple Pencil. This occasionally caused my Pencil to lose its magnetic latch to my iPad. The pencil is not protected / nested inside the case - it is exposed and prone to falling off. This wasn't ideal in my situation, since I plan to carry my iPad with Pencil attached in a backpack. If you don't have the Pencil or carry it separately, this is a non-issue. 2) This may have been unique to the unit I received, but I found the part of the case that attaches to the back of the iPad had insufficient magnetic strength to stay attached. Mine slid off or peeled off from very light touches - I imagine it wouldn't handle travel or a fall well. Since I need a case that will stand up to riding in a backpack, this isn't ideal - but if you need a case for mostly-home-use, this is a non-issue. It's best to think of this as an affordable mouse/keyboard, not a full-coverage case. Overall, this is an exceptionally well-built, thoughtfully designed product that offers exceptional value in comparison to the Magic Keyboard by Apple. While it didn't suit my particular circumstances, I can easily see it will suit others with different needs. Support is also top-notch (the return was super easy), so props to Brydge as a company overall too! TL;DR - great product, didn't suit my needs for protection but otherwise delivered in terms of performance and style.
