“I chose the vertdesk v3 because of its stability, I use 3 monitors and a laptop on my work surface and frequently play games on my computer, this means putting a decent of amount of force onto the keyboard and mouse, the stand is holding up nicely and only shakes if I really try to do it. Installation was straight forward but not exactly easy, having the predrilled holes would have been nice but I did not want a composite/laminate board desk. This stand has paired very nicely with the IKEA gerton I picked up. I wish BTOD would again offer the bamboo or other hardwood surfaces. Overall I am very pleased with this desk in the short amount of time i've had it.”

“I originally ordered the Autonomous Business Edition DIY kit - their best offering for a base only. I had it for about a month, but found the quality to be unsatisfactory. The wobble when extended was a problem. So I returned in and purchased this instead.
While the VertDesk does not have as large of an adjustment range, it is definitely a more solidly-build system. It operates very smoothly, and it has much less wobble when at height. It's a lovely piece of equipment!
I did submit comments to BTOD with suggestions towards how to improve the ease of assembly, and they made note of this. (I suggested having all of the fasteners separated out in advance.)
If you are trying to decide between VertDesk and Autonomous, I am confident you'll be much happier in the long run with the VertDesk.”
