“The desk is sturdy, no wobble even on carpet. The motor is fast and powerful. Setup wasn't too hard, but could be easier. I was worried I might kick the crossbar while seated, but I don't. A lot of great options for designing a desk you'll love.
The biggest problem was that the desktop itself arrived damaged and I had to wait for another one to arrive. This is due to the packaging on the desktop. There is only a thin piece of cardboard protecting the desktop in its shipping box. My wife ordered a different desk from a competitor and it was shipped with a lot more protective packaging.
Delivery time in general is slower than some competitors too.”
“So disappointed. Construction and materials seem ok. But a desk that is lying face down on the floor of my office is obviously useless. Something in the parts is incorrect, and customer service has wasted my time with incorrect 'fixes.' I am so frustrated with this huge investment. I'd expect this from a $200 desk from Amazon.”
“The table top quality is pretty good. The legs aren't as sturdy as they claim. The motor and button system is horrible. Motor has a 2-3 second lag before it responds to any input. And the preset controller has to be held down to reach the preset height. This completely defeats the purpose of having presets. Overall its okay at best. Definitely wish it was better, especially at this price”
