“This is an outstanding desk. Well worth the dollar investment. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is to adjust the table one needs to go all the way down to move it up. I elected not to get the preset option, which would eliminate this issue. The customer service was really great too. My desk top was damaged in shipping, they gave me the option of a credit or replacement, with out any question. If you are thinking about a stand up desk call them with any questions you have and then buy one.”

“Desk arrived in an undamaged box on time and was not assembled for several weeks after receipt. Upon unboxing the desk, I found a small but sizeable chip in the desk top surface along the back edge. Considering that my wife was working from home on a fold out table during the COVID pandemic, the inconvenience/lost time of returning the desk, and the fact the damage was cosmetic I decided that I could accept the defect. I did not notify BTOD simply because I knew I was not interested in returning the desk. Outside of that one issue, we have been very happy with the desk. It was reasonably easy to assemble, all parts seem to be of good quality, and it has been a great addition to our at-home work space.”
