“I really like this desk. The up/down motion has been trouble-free. I like that the legs are pushed toward the back instead of centered on the desktop, since it leaves more room for a keyboard tray or drawer. The cross brace on the legs is high enough and far enough back that it doesn't get in the way. Being able to customize the width and depth of the top is great. The top is quite beefy, so it has a solid feel.
Things that I wish it had that it doesn't are more choices in top color, and options for keyboard drawers (all they have is a tray). I am using a clamp-on keyboard drawer that works pretty well (Seville Classics Airlift 360).”
“Well-designed, stable at all heights, straight-forward to put together. Altogether a well made product as far as I can tell so far. I really like the presets on the height adjustments so I don;t have to think about them.”
“This desk is a great deal! There are other desks you can get but I feel like BTOD's build quality puts it over the top! The process of putting it together is not easy (the part inserting the rod is definitely tricky!) but not too bad either. You definitely need a power drill or else it's a no go! MAKE SURE you double check the table legs are at their LOWEST SETTINGS or else it will NOT work! I almost made that mistake but I was glad I caught it before it was too late.
There's little to no wobble and I'm counting on it to last a long time!
I feel BTOD can produce a longer video introducing all the wonderful finishes it offers. It's hard to tell what the finishes look like from a simple photo and the video on its site was too short to really see the colors.
Customer service is also great. BTOD made this an enjoyable experience.”

I've only noticed 2 pretty minor issues:
The right side of my desk (furthest from the motor) can be "squished down" a few milimeters, if you put something heavy there or sit on it. I also noticed the support beam connecting the 2 legs has an audible ring to it that matches the frequency of my voice, so I draped an old shirt over it so it stops ringing when I talk/laugh loudly”
