“Super stable and super solid. I can't tell it's on two columns at any height I use it at (I.e. up through about 43"). A couple notes: I got the 54" and the included j-organizer was pretty much useless. I'm sure some people would find use for the app and voice control, I've found no use other than novelty. Considering the only problems are that the extras are unnecessary, it really is nitpicking. Combined it with a cable management kit (not from BTOD) and the desk is everything I could've hoped for!”

“I bought two desks for $1500-ish total. One of them works perfectly. The other has some weird stopping and starting at irregular intervals when it is raising. On the theory that it might be some misalignment of the hex rod that drives raising, I disassembled this desk and reassembled it, testing the raising operation at various points of the construction. It was fine until it was placed upright in its normal position and then it resumed the irregular operation.
A bit disappointing.”
“The Vertdesk v3 looks great and is very sturdy. Definitely would buy again. My only complaint is that sometimes the voice control can be hit or miss (sometimes you have to give the command twice). I've tried to use it as a "œparty trick" and it always seems to backfire when other people are around lol. It'd be great if BTOD could release an update to the app to make the voice control more reliable. Other than that this desk is absolutely perfect!”
“I'm not very mechanically inclined and I had no trouble putting this together. Works as advertised. I'm 5'6" tall and I do have to raise my chair slightly to have an ergonomic position in my arm when sitting and use a foot step under my feet. But I have no problem when standing. I got the basic unit to lower and raise and the way it works is that you set a min and max height so it 'stores' your settings. Works well. I got the hole in the center to be flexible but I wish I had chosen a side because with dual computer monitors it kind of gets in the way.”
“This desk has exceeded my expectations. So glad I finally made the decision to get a standing desk. Customer service was great (talked to a real human!) and desk arrived in a timely manner with no damage (given the pandemic situation). Assembled the desk and have had no issues.”
