The sales department not only sent me color samples of the desk top options, they also send me pictures of the frame so I can get a better feel of what shade of black the legs are.
When I received the item, there were unfortunately a minor chip on the desk top and the services team sent out a replacement top as soon as contacted. Communication and timely follow up are great. This has been by far the best customer service experience, and it means a lot coming from a 10 yr Amazon Prime member.
