“No complaints. Extremely high quality desk with smooth motion and a large, sturdy desktop which remains stable at my standing height. Nothing more to ask for out of a standing desk, really.”
“This desk is amazing! I did my research by watching videos, reading articles, comparing all the brands and discovered the VertDesk (30in X 48in), and so glad I did. The desk is rock solid, I'm a 6'3 guy and at standing height the desk only wobbles if I try to make it. I was a little apprehensive about the "œWood Essence Laminate" top, but that went out the window once I saw it. The top has a nice finish and is very solid. I have a CPU holder on hand and ready to install to the underside for a 50+ pound gaming rig and don't think that will be a problem. The only drawback is the price, but in the case of the VertDesk you are paying for a quality.”
“Package well. Assembly was pretty easy. Really happy with desk overall.
Two suggestions. First, with horizontal cable mgmt tray, you include a note about moving the box for the controller, but I didnt get to that until the controller was already mounted.Second, you may want to point folks to the videos explicitly in printed manual. I struggled with the hex rod until I found the video which made my lief much easier. I thought all the videos were well done.”
“I've just had the VertDesk v3 for a few weeks. It was packed well and received as scheduled. Assembly was relatively easy to understand and execute with online videos by BTOD. Its beautiful, sturdy, very stable, quiet. Best was BTOD website and assistance I received from Nick Leair in my decision making process; so many alternatives. I'm delighted with my choice!”
“Everybody worries about stability - its fine at standing height. Minor movement at desk level is definitely magnified at monitor level even with high quality arms but it doesn't distract me from my work.
Random thoughts on my desk setup:
I wasted $33 having holes drilled when they don't really match my cable routing needs.
I paid for the upgraded motor control and starting to have second thoughts, most of my time is spend standing and I haven't even bothered to program it. Sure, it looks nicer than the standard control, but doubt it was worth the additional cost.
I got a Topo standing pad on Amazon and really think it helps.
I also got a cable management wire basket on Amazon, probably close to the same as what they sell here, but I wanted the desk set up first to measure for what size would work best.
Overall very satisfied with this desk”
“after spending over 1k in the desk and accessories its pretty dumbfounded that you dont supply the square drill bit required for the screw. add a dollar to the price of the desk to cover it.”
“I'm very happy with this desk. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast. Clear, simple instructions made the desk easy to assemble. I got the 30" deep desk to accommodate a specific keyboard tray that I wanted, not one of the standard tray offerings with this desk. I'm using a monitor mount that places the monitor about 8" from the back edge, which feels just a little too far on the 30" desk with the keyboard tray extended. If you're going to use a low profile monitor mount, the 24" desk may be more comfortable. Other than that, the only problem is that this beautiful, solid desk puts my other office furniture to shame. ;-)”
