“Desk is built like a tank, very sturdy and well constructed. The video on how to put it together really helped through every step of assembly. Be prepared to have a power screw driver to get it assembled in the easiest way.

“I used my own top and purchased Vertdesk V3 after countless hours researching many solutions and finally made my decision after viewing the YouTube demonstrations.
The paper instructions were adequate, the videos were a nice touch and had to improvise a little with a custom top installation. Perhaps some general guidelines to approximate mounting with a custom top could be helpful.
After assembly and a weeks worth of use, I found one leg started exhibiting a slight amount of play so I reached out to Kent who was quick and helpful in resolving the problem. Kent and Heather shipped the necessary replacements and after installation, the replacement leg helped to resolve the issue I was experiencing.
I'm labeling this a 5 star experience for the quick help I got from Kent and Heather from BTOD. The minor issue was an unfortunate bummer however I didn't expect perfection for my first standup desk considering the decent and not-so over-the-top price for the stand-up DIY frame.
I would rate this a five star experience due to the great customer service.
The desk is quiet, smooth, looks great and very stable at all heights for my usage; 30" sitting and 44.4" standing for a 6'1 individual. I would rate the desk about a 4.5 (partially due to issue above) and look to get much use out of this nice desk. Definitely get the programmable switch.”

“They had apparently just changed some of their parts when i ordered mine. This resulted in me having to wing a lot of the assembly process as the instructions didn't match up with the parts i had in front of me exactly. So that was stressful.
I've also had the issue of the control box reporting an error a few times and had to reset it by moving the desk down to its lowest level. Not too bad, the desk works after resetting it, but not something i expected to have to deal with.”
“First off I've got to say that this desk is amazing! It's everything I wanted in a PC desk for my gaming setup. The adjustable height works like a charm. When I first got the desk it was cracked down the middle. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one after sending pictures to them. It was fast and easy.
