4.8 Rating 657 Reviews
Great desk. Pretty easy to assemble and good looking and very solid. It was a great choice. I enjoy the ability to stand and work when I want to. I had one question during assembly and your people were very helpful and the video was great. Thanks for a good experience.

The hydraulic function works great, and the desk is the perfect size for our spot. It was difficult to put together, even with an electric drill, because the desktop was so hard.

I've been using the desk for about a week now, and it's great. I was very concerned about the desk being stable toward the top of it's height (I'm 6ft), but the desk is very stable! My only complaint is that a few of the pilot holes on the underside of the desk were out of place for the torque rod cover. My assumption is that the cover was not bent/stamped correctly. I had to drill new holes, but it wasn't a big deal. I would still recommend this desk to anyone.

This was a surprise for my husband for the office. He is delighted! He is already experiencing less fatigue and more energy. The construction is solid, instructions (especially the video) were clear (note that you really do need a power drill), delivery was on time, courteous and careful, surface and size are ideal for the need - all in all a great experience!

BTOD delivered the VertDesk3 ahead of schedule, and it was everything they cracked it up to be. It's hyper stable, at all heights, and I got the little narrow one. The material build quality and accuracy is superb. Customer support is super fast (you're *flexing* the hex rod to align it on the right leg, not trying to turn it "“ big difference!). Would do business again in a heartbeat, and refer others.

After 5 weeks, I'm very pleased with this desk. I have tough requirements (stability, movable arm dual monitors, a motorized desk, x2 very large/heavy CPUs on hanging mounts, cable modem, router, speakers, USB accessories, wired mouse/keyboard all managed via a KVM). This desk accomplished all of that with VERY clean wiring for a reasonable cost. Really high 4, close to 5 stars. The support team has been very useful, responding to this forum, email, phone and even reddit. The supporting review material on BTOD was also very useful as a customer looking for a specific desk. The 30x72" in laminate meets my aesthetics along with the wire box option and x3 grommets for clean routing. The premium dual monitor arm is very nice, but to loosen the very tight screw required taking it entirely apart. The programmable switch is nice, but would be a lot more convenient if you could just push it once in lieu of holding it to get the programmed height. The initial assembly when ordering nearly all of the accessories takes some planning. I ordered the "snake" wire management option wondering if it would clean up additional wire runs, but remains unused as it fits too awkwardly when paired with the wire management box. My biggest hurdle has been organizing the two CPU under mounts. Both greater than 50lbs and long, it is hard (but possible) to find a product to support them. Given their depth, the wiring into the back of the CPU's can but-up against the stabilizing bar. I have to slide my PCs on their rail (the mount I chose was adjustable) to provide the wiring strain relief when moving the desk up/down. Otherwise, the cables pulled tight (they will break). Replacing them with lower profile, light video cables helped a lot, but is one thing to be conscious of when changing heights. Furthermore, the towers are so long they stick out of the front a few inches as the stabilizing bar eats into the available desk depth for under mounts. Its reasonable as its the price for stability. Overall, a wonderful product and I anticipate it will last.
