“I really love my vert desk v3. I have only been using it for a week, but so far all is well. The quality of this desk is apparent right from opeing the package. The customer support is superior, they answer the phone, a HUMAN, they are so willing to answer your questions. The video to put the desk together is great and I highly recommend it. **a note, when watching the video make sure you are standing on the same side of the desk and the person on the video, we made the mistake of being on the opposite side, but caught it before screwing anything.”
“I spent a lot of time comparing the different stand up desk options available, and I decided to go with BTOD (I liked the customization options and the manufacture locations of the parts versus other competitors).
I ordered the desk in late December; it originally said it would arrive Jan 3rd, but after ordering that changed to Jan 11th. Considering when I ordered it and shipping challenges w/ outside factors I give them some slack on the additional week. I was also informed that the pedestal I ordered was on delay; I replied and received a quick confirmation that the desk and all other parts were still shipping, only the pedestal was delayed. I appreciate the fact that I received a quick response from a person, not an automated system with a "no-reply" email address.
The desk arrived in line with the updated delivery date I received; assembly isn't exactly easy, but the directions are clear and I didn't run into any issues. The desk has worked as expected; I went with a very large option, added casters (IF YOU'RE ORDERING A BIG DESK, THE EXTRA $50 FOR CASTERS IS SO SO WORTH IT - It made set up and cable management so much easier being able to roll my desk back and forth as needed). After settling in for a few days I decided I didn't need the extra pedestal; I emailed the support agent that sent me my delivery update emails and they replied that they would look into cancelling that item, then I received another email the next day saying it was cancelled and I was refunded for that item.
Bottom line: this is an excellent product with customer support that is hard to find these days; highly recommended.”
“Everything is late, Table arrived damaged. Seeing as it took for ever to get here, ima just deal with it. Over 2000 bucks and i have a damaged table that took for ever to get here. Desk is nice but not worth the hassle or the price tag”
