“If you like the poly back this chair is perfect. If not consider getting a wrap around it or looking at another solution. The arms are very wobbly for a $600+ chair unless you adjust them all they way in. The amount of customization is wild and it might take a bit to figure out what works best. Materials feel premium and it was very easy to set up out of the box.”
