“The chair is more comfortable than a Branch Ergonomic chair I had. However, I do notice my back gets warm and can sweat more easily after being used to a mesh backing. The arm rest adjustable is nice but also annoying they don't have some kind of locking mechanism. The chair was purchased refurbished and for the most part, it appears new. I did have an issue with the arm you pull on below to lock the chair from leaning back wasn't working. I had to flip the chair over and figure out what was happening and fix it myself.”
