“The chair is very comfortable, but I did have trouble with the assembly. The up and down lever failed to operate, and the cylinder had to be replaced. I called customer support and received very excellent customer service. I had a new cylinder within 48 hours and complete instructions on how to perform the change. I was able to adjust my chair height to the highest level, but then the mechanism broke again, which would require taking the chair apart and correcting it. A fairly simple task, but one I was not wanting to do. Would I buy the chair again? Yes, it was pain putting it together and i am tall so need to height adjust it. Part of the issue was my failure to find the assembly instructions before putting the chair together. BTOD was quite willing to either refund my money or send another chair, so the reader can rest assured they will be satisfied with their purchase or get their money back. I would definitely recommend this company as they very proactive in getting things right.”

“I'm always skeptical about refurbished products, but this is great! Looks new if you ask me. I couldn't get the new cushion because they were retooling the machine, but even the original seat cushion is perfectly fine. I do prefer a bit more cushion, but I knew these seats were very ergonomic going in. Plus half the price of new, can't beat that. Stellar! Don't hesitate to buy if this chair is the end conclusion of your research.”
