“When I received the chair it had a small issue in that the gas cylinder controlling the seat height needed a slight adjustment to keep the seat at the correct height. Customer service was extremely helpful in walking me through the adjustment and now the chair looks and works as good as a brand new chair. Two thumbs up!”
