“The chair was exactly as advertised. Very consistent with the YouTube videos of the refurbishment process. Upholstery feels new. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the seat pad is a bit thin and you can really feel it after 6-8 hours of sitting, but again that was expected from previous research. I highly recommend BTOD. Outstanding customer service. I struggled with removing the seat to adjust the cylinder and was given ample email and phone support with excellent detail and images.”
