The only complaint I have is a complaint with the chair itself, not the refurbishing process. The chair back when the lumbar tensioner is kept in a mostly or fully tensioned state warps due to the design of the chair. Reports from users online state they get new chairs in this state, so I decided to keep it in this state and not return it since it didn't affect the feel of the chair much.
Overall I'm happy with the chair and BTOD in general. The period between ordering and shipping was long for a product these days, but it was worth the wait and I recommend the purchase if you're in the market for a leap v2 and want to pay around 50% less.”
