The purchase process was so easy and the best part was when I had to call in because the cylinder was missing. Customer service was excellent and Btod shipped the missing part overnight and I was up and running by the next day!

“Great chair, and very glad it is refurbished. Unfortunately the raising/lowering mechanism didn't work after I got the chair together. There was a video on BTOD's website on how to fix this. It was challenging, but we eventually got it fixed.”
