This mattress is only available in one tension and has a firm feel.

This is a single-sided mattress, which should be rotated, but not flipped over.

“It is much much firmer than I was expecting and is taking some getting used to. It feels supportive but there feels very little give despite having a soft mattress topper. I'm hoping to become more accustomed to it.”

The Borderdale is one of the firmest mattresses in our range and it might not be the most suitable mattress in our collection for your needs. The correct mattress for you should work to support your unique body shape, weight and sleeping position - there's also a little bit of subjectivity that comes into it too - ie if you prefer something firmer, or softer feeling. “Really is the best mattress we have ever had. The materials them selves help with sleep, temperature is regulated so no getting too hot, Just the best mattress construction.”

“Very pleased with Borderdale double. Bought two mattresses for older children. Feedback is nice and firm but not hard. Both say they are sleeping well with it. Good value for money. I also have the Drysdale mattress and overall I prefer the Borderdale as Drysdale comes up quite soft. There was a wait time of about 4 weeks for mattress but delivery itself was fine.”
