“Not sure whether it is the filling or the mattress cover bought after a recommendation by B&S but the mattress is extremely hot to sleep on, unlike anything I have slept on before. Not sure how it will feel now the weather is improving but it is certainly not going to make sleeping any easier. I bought a firm mattress and was aware that there would be some softening over the first few weeks. However it has proved softer than I expected and back issues which I experienced with my old mattress haven't been completely sorted. On reflection not a successful purchase.”

Hi Nick, I'm really sorry to hear that the mattress was not suitable for you. Unfortunately, when it comes to bespoke sizes, it does mean these products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and are not covered by our 100-night return policy. Regarding the heat issue, as the fillings in the mattress are natural, these should allow your body to breathe, therefore it may mean the mattress protector is not quite right for you. I would recommend changing the mattress protector to see if that makes a difference at all. Kind regards, Hannah
