“The extra space in a Super King size is so beneficial to my partner and I’d good sleep. If you can fit the larger size, definitely go for it! I love having a super soft mattress and I’m finding this one exactly what I want. I went from having restless sleeps on my old mattress to a great sleep every night with this mattress!”

“Initially seems very bumpy! However, I called B&S and was advised the mattress needs to settle and that I will get used to it (we had a foam topper prior so a very different ‘feel’). However... I am sleeping very well so the mattress is doing its job. There is the 100 day trial if for any reason you’re not happy. I think I will absolutely get used to it and the proof is in the sleeping!”

Hi Gemma, Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review. The mattresses are handmade in the U.K. using a traditional 'tufting' technique. We only use 100% natural fillings and world-leading pocket spring technology. I would say that the experience of sleeping on a naturally-filled, pocket-sprung mattress is incomparable to sleeping on foam :) As you mention, a new mattress does take a few weeks to properly break-in. When you sleep on the mattress the fillings will settle and stitching will slightly relax. Once the mattress has broken in, this will give you an idea of how it will feel throughout it's life. Hi Reuben - thank you for your review. I am sorry that your wife is finding the mattress too hard. I can see that you have had the mattress for just over 5 weeks, so I suggest giving it a few more weeks, making sure you rotate it every 2 weeks to help the fillings settle evenly. Mattresses do soften up by about 5% in the first two months, as you wear them in. If she is still finding it too hard, then you have until early May to return or exchange under our 100 Nights Return policy for the Regular tension (from the Firmer that you have). Hi Reuben, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review:) A new mattress will take a little time to wear in (a bit like breaking in a pair of new leather shoes), and we do advise that customers rotate a new natural mattress every second week for the first twelve weeks - just so that you are sleeping on different parts of the mattress surface.
