“Bought the Southdown King size mattress in Regular after trying all the mattresses in the Fulham Bed Room (what a well executed lovely concept). Delivery took about 4 weeks as expected, and the two guys were prompt, charming and careful. After a month I still couldn’t get used to the softer, more enveloping feel of the mattress. Entirely my choice, but I realize I was in so much pain from my old mattress that the softer feel appealed at the time. I called to swap for the Firmer version, and Button & Sprung were extremely nice about it, truly no hassle, and no guilt. The replacement arrived about 3 weeks later and it is HEAVEN. Like the best hotel bed you’ve ever slept on - now in your home. It feels like being suspended in space, and then there is no bone cricking adjustments when I wake up. (If this helps - I am in my 50s, ~165 lbs) Yes, it is an investment, but what’s more important than a good night’s sleep. Thoroughly recommend Button & Sprung!”

“This mattress is excellent. I feel I sleep deeper than I did in the past and this appears to be supported by the sleep tracking data on my watch (which I take with a pinch of salt). The mattress also breaths well so feels noticeably cooler to sleep on in hot weather than my old mattress. I would recommend wholeheartedly.”

“We chose the Regular tension initially but decided to change it for a firmer tension under the 100 day return policy. The Regular tension was really comfortable and 'cosy' whereas the firmer tension is quite considerably firmer but still incredibly comfortable.”
