“My partner loved it but it didn’t suit me. The springs were lovely and there was no movement when one of us moved. I didn’t like the pillow top. Button and Spring were amazing though picked it up and refunded me without any problems”

“The comfort of the mattress is incredible, probably the best value for money mattress in their range. It's truly amazing and I don't regret purchasing it at all. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars it is because we have the Zip & Link version. The problem for us is that unfortunately you can feel the gap in between the two parts, despite the fact we were told you wouldn't feel it if you put a mattress protector over. We think having to pay more for a feature that reduces the comfort of the mattress is not entirely fair, although we didn't really have much chance considering our house doesn't fit the big mattress through the stairs. That said, the part that doesn't have a gap is without doubt the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on.”

We do sometimes make zip and link mattresses for access reasons (hotels will often use zip and link mattresses), and I'm sorry that on this occasion the information you received regarding the mattress wasn't quite identical to your experience of it. “Wow. I can only say this makes me feel like something out of the Princess and the Pea when I climb into it - it’s absolutely massive and really high. It’s total bliss to sleep on and was worth every penny. I’ve had to buy extra deep sheets to fit on it but they are worth it too. Heaven !”
