Please describe how supportive the mattress feels. Not very supportive at the edges

“The mattress tension is generally comfortable, and the zip-and-link system works well. However, I have noticed that the edge support could be better. When sitting or lying near the corners, they feel quite soft and tend to dip rather than providing firm support. This makes the edges feel less stable than I expected, especially for a premium mattress. Because the edges dip so much, I often find myself drifting towards them during the night. As a result, I have been waking up with a sore lower back, which is disappointing given the overall quality and comfort of the mattress.”
