“I cannot fault this company or my Burdock Short Double Ottoman bed in Pigeon fabric. From start to finish the experience has been perfect. Ordering was extremely easy and the fabric samples arrived quickly so I could be confident in my choice. The Pigeon fabric is genuinely beautiful, high quality, soft, and looks wonderfully luxurious in person, easily comparable to a Loaf bed I previously owned in terms of feel and finish. The service was exceptional throughout. Everyone I communicated with was responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They even kindly sent my mattress out ahead of the bed itself, which was an absolute lifesaver. Delivery was smoothly handled and assembly was impressively fast. The bed is a perfect fit for my room and feels incredibly solidly built. In the double size it's ideal for a smaller room, and the ottoman storage is amazing, a huge amount of space that makes all the difference. For the quality you're getting, it's really great value. I'm sleeping wonderfully on it and honestly can't find a single thing to criticise. Highly recommended.”
