I have a small waist and at first found the belt was too lose around my waist and was not getting the full potential of dwhat it could do. Thought the velcro was a bit short, but then after a few days I wondered what that other piece in the box was for. Realising it was an extension for the belt. Now it works perfectly and has given me much relief. Thanks for this prodduct.

Order this for my husband he had a lower back pain almost everyday after work. Had many doctor's appointments they only gave him pain killers nothing works, also went to physiological therapy still the same thing until I came across this on fb and they have pretty good reviews on it and I could tell you as-well that it is 100% working. My husband loves it and ever since he use the Bell, I have never heard him complain about his back pain anymore.

I wore out my old Dr Physio belt - several years of good use! But the new belt is even better. Only comment there were no instructions to how many strokes of the air pump are best.

I took a chance on a product that appeared to make sense. I was incredibly surprised at how well it worked. I have L2 and L5 bulging discs and after healing I had difficulty bending along with leg pain. After 5 days using the belt for 1 to 2 hours per day I can now get back to gardening and standing to cook and wash dishes. I still have leg numbness but it is minor. Well worth giving the belt a try

While the belt itself is fine and does what it says it will, I do have issues with the lack of instructions for use. The "manual" which came with it outlined its care and how it works it was devoid of either written or diagrammatic instructions on how to use it. If I had not seen my sister demonstrate on hers, how to inflate and deflate it, I would have had no idea how to use it. The manual would also benefit from being re-written by someone who has a better command of the English language than the person who did write it
