“I use it twice daily for about 15 minutes and notice results right away. I even showed it to my physiotherapist, chiropractor, and doctor, and they all appreciated the upward and downward support it provides. I have compression issues around my L3–L5 vertebrae, so this belt works especially well for me and is great for longer walks like grocery trips. I wouldn’t suggest wearing it while seated especially if you have big tummy like I do.”
