“The food is always top notch. Additionally about 2 years ago I had an issue with my order that was 100% my fault and an amazing customer service representative went above and beyond fixing my order after I already placed it. You don't get customer service like that anymore and I will never go anywhere else for my gourmet prepared food.”
“We were very disappointed in this product. We expected lump crabmeat throughout but the inside of each crab cake was shredded crab and filler. The taste was adequate but not the same as if each crab cake had been solid lump crab. We will not be purchasing this item again.”
