“Chimu, you looked after the airfares and transfers beautufully. Particularly since English was not spoken by the transfer drivers, the information they needed to pick us up and deliver us safely to our destination and carry our luggage to and from the car was swift and friendly. “Excellent should be at the top of everyones bucket list. Mind blowing experience. Loved the snow ❄️ ice, glaciers, icebergs and the amazing wildlife.”

Please share your thoughts on any specific tours or hotels that you would recommend or would not recommend? We felt cheated that day 1 at the hotel dinnerwas not included and day 2 had no planned activities until boarding the boat in the late afternoon. Not really a 21 day inclusive trip.

Please share your thoughts on any specific tours or hotels that you would recommend or would not recommend? Oceanwide Expedition team were excellent and super knowledgeable. They did above and beyond to make the trip as engaged and entertaining as possible. The try expedition nature and going out to the water via zodiac boats multiple times a day was really great.

Were any of the activities you participated in during your trip designed to protect the environment? If so, please share details about your experience. Very responsible tour operator adhering to IAATO protocols. Strong attitude towards bio security and protecting penguins from potential avian flue outbreak. Really serious and sensible way of managing it.

“Absolutely breathtaking. It was a wonderland, felt totally disconnected from the hustle and bustle of real world, lived in a totally different atmosphere constantly Wow-ed by the white beauty of glaciers, mountains, stunningly beautiful icebergs. And throughly entertained by abundance of wildlife. Lucky see penguins hatching, little chicks of three major penguin breeds- Gentoo, Adele, Chinstrap. Hundreds of humpback whales always around. Also a special show of two pods of Orcas one afternoon. Glorious perfect day everyday, not a single issue with weather. This trip could not have been better. I will rate 15 out of 10.”

Please share your thoughts on any specific tours or hotels that you would recommend or would not recommend? Would like to recommend Ocean Victory crew and Albatross Expedition team

Were any of the activities you participated in during your trip designed to protect the environment? If so, please share details about your experience. Albatross expedition team was strict when it comes to safety, which I do not mind. They have flags to mark the trails and limit the interaction with animals, due to concern on Avian flu pandemic.

“Beautiful location with 5-star services. What else could you ask for? This is my second trip to Antarctica and I already had some bars set from my last trip. I have to say that Ocean Victory crew and Albatross Expedition team are best of the best. They provided 5 star services throughout the trip. Antarctic scenery never disappoints me. It was a memorable trip for my family and we saw how thoughtful the staff were. Way to go!”

How satisfied were you with the planning of your itinerary?

Please share your thoughts on any specific tours or hotels that you would recommend or would not recommend? The accommodations were great in general. We did not like the hotel at Igazu Falls because the only restaurant was very poor, quality and choices. If possible not to spend three days on just getting to the falls and seeing both sides, that would have been our vote.

“Outstanding expedition crew! Support crew was also excellent. Can't give a five star though because the food (lunch and dinner) needs major improvement, the chef has weird ideas about recipes...”
