“All guides were wonderful and so very informative. Special mention of Joel our machu picchu guide. Very informative and encouraging. All accommodation was very comfortable and very safe. Antarctica was everything we hofor and more. Words do not do it justice. Ship and crew were fabulous. Drake lake both ways. I even did the polar plunge. Thanks to Chimu,in particular Peter and our travel agent Nikki from hello world. We will be highly recommending Chimu and hello world in the future. Thanks for our trip of a lifetime”

“Amazed at how efficiently my itinerary was put together at the start. Loved every minute of our holiday! The recommendations from our chimu agent (Jason) were awesome... absolutely loved the Asado dinner at Fogon in BA. Thank you so much for organising an amazing holiday!”

“This is our second trip with Chimu. We have found them to be very professional and knowledgeable across all aspects of planning, booking and organizing the trips. The itineraries they prepared were excellent and we were extremely well looked after in each of the places we visited.”

Were any of the activities you participated in during your trip designed to protect the environment? If so, please share details about your experience. Everything was so very respectful to the environment.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. Yes! I made some friends and sent packages back to them once I arrived home.

How satisfied were you with the planning of your itinerary?

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving I would have like to be able to join in on the kayaking, all places where taken. Although I don’t think I would want to do it twice a day every day.

Please share your thoughts on any specific tours or hotels that you would recommend or would not recommend? No I enjoyed everywhere I went

We are always looking at ways to improve our sustainability efforts. Can you tell us about any initiatives you saw at the accommodations you stayed at to conserve energy or reduce waste? Please specify the town/city and hotel name where you observed these NA

Were any of the activities you participated in during your trip designed to protect the environment? If so, please share details about your experience. Every trip off the vessel was very well monitored with the environment in mind as well as returning to the ship.

“I loved South America because the people were very friendly and helpful, also the countryside where I travelled has so many areas that are still natural, we could walk through without damaging nature any further.”
