So fun and very informative. Will was the teacher and he is highly skilled and very funny! He guided us all excellently. I made about 20 dumplings, 3 different types, which turned out pretty well for my first attempt! I ate them all in about 3 mins. Can’t wait to make some at home now. I recommend this class 5/5 stars.

Made some delicious dumplings and got to eat them at the end of the class. Wonderful gift I received from a special person. Highly recommend

This is such a great experience and couldn’t recommend it enough! Will was so knowledgeable and taught us so much, from dim sum etiquette to how to perfectly make 3 different dim sum shapes. We really enjoyed eating them afterwards, and it’s such a nice touch that you get emailed the recipes and full guide after, so that you can have a go making them at home!
